Erica is an alumni of BYU-Hawaii who spent many years in Hawaii helping small businesses grow and working for the Willes Center supporting students and faculty. She completed an MBA from Utah Valley University where she was heavily involved in building the Enactus Chapter on campus. 

After business school, she operated her own consulting business while also working in Human Resources for a large corporation. She has been teaching with the Willes Center since 2020 and looks forward to many more years working with students.
